I've been trying to get Atlassian to acknowledge our nonprofit status since July. They were eager to charge us $382 for the service. Not so eager to actually help.
Is there a way to escalate my support request?

Taking a look, I can see you've had some difficulties with getting this request fulfilled. Apologies for this, and appreciate that it hasn't been ideal!
I can see you have a few tickets open for the same thing. I've linked all the duplicates to the main ticket - CA-2610638 which is being handled by our billing team.
I've gone ahead and bumped the CA-2610638 request, so keep an eye out - someone should get back to you within the next 24 hours to get this sorted.
