We build houses, each house is a project, each project has differents task (electricity, plump, manufactured, etc), I just want to create sub task but related to each task.  I choose the "label" functionality  option to assign each project to a house name, but how do I create task and subtask for project, so as to see in the timeline view the subtask under each task agroup by label.

Hi @Hernán Alvide

Take a look at this article, it will show how it can be done natively in Trello:

Hi @Hernán Alvide

I'm not sure that it can be fully achieved with Trello timeline but if you consider Trello power-ups, then you can do it easily with Planyway

To view tasks and subtasks grouped by project labels in a timeline, integrating a tool like Planyway with your Trello board can be very beneficial:

  1. Install Planyway: Add Planyway from the Trello Power-Ups to enable timeline views. This tool integrates seamlessly with Trello and offers a detailed timeline view of your tasks and projects.
  2. Configure Planyway: Once Planyway is set up, you can configure it to display cards (tasks) and subtaks (checklist items) on the timeline. You can set start and end dates for each task card to reflect the task duration. Also, you can simply drag&drop from the board to the timeline to schedule.
  3. Filter by Label: Planyway allows you to group timeline by labels or you can use any other timeline view and simply filter it by Labels. This means you can select a specific project (house) label to view only the tasks associated with that project on the timeline.Visualize workload on a single timeline
  4. Subtasks Visibility: You can choose whether you want to visualize subtasks on the timeline in the View Settings
