How do you create a 1-way mirror card using Butler?

When creating a new card in one Workspace that an identical one is created in another workspace with the mirror card updated with any changes to the original.

Hoping this is possible via Butler rules without using Power-ups!

What information in the original card needs to be mirrored to the copy card? Is there a reason around not wanting to use a power up to achieve this?
