How do I underline text in Trello?

I'm trying to underline text in a Trello card and am not finding anything in the formatting help session.

There is a workaround, empty links...

Checkout this [workaround for underlines](https://) in Trello. This is basically a link with empty reference.

i think there is no way to underline your text in Trello cards.
