I used crmble for a while, but I no longer need it.
I imported my contacts there manually, and now I am locked out and can't download it again. Is there a way to export the database?

Thank you for reaching out. While you are on a free trail or on an active plan you can download the contact database and deals as many times as you want. From what you say it seems like you whether your free trial period as expired or you have cancelled your subscription and in any of those cases your access to your data is no longer active. I will say, this should be a feature and not something to get specific support.
Having people join with the free trial and then locking them out of their data is a dirty practice.

I completely understand your concern. The intention is never to lock anyone out of their data, and I appreciate your feedback.
Crmble allows exporting contacts and deals during an active trial or subscription. When an account becomes inactive (after the trial expires or a subscription is canceled), access to the platform is restricted, which unfortunately includes data exports.
