I am looking for guidance on how to configure advanced search filters in JIRA Software. I would like to create specific JQL (More Information) filters to narrow down issues based on custom fields, assignees, due dates, and statuses across multiple projects. I need these filters to be reusable for team reporting purposes and easy to share with others. Additionally, I’d like advice on saving these filters and setting them up as a dashboard gadget for quick access. Are there any best practices for optimizing performance when using complex JQL queries in large datasets? Any help is appreciated!
