Adding timestamps directly to cards when viewed through the Calendar view is not a native capability.

Can you please try other possibilities and see if it fits your requirement,

By Setting the due dates and times for each card that represents an upcoming task.

When you switch to the Calendar view, these cards will appear on their respective due dates, giving you a basic calendar-like representation of upcoming tasks -
