Community Leaders are connectors, ambassadors, and mentors. On the online community, they serve as thought leaders, product experts, and moderators.
The text editor for Trello cannot do this. I hope one day they will add the ability to add tables, especially seeing as you can add tables in markdown. I wouldn't hold my breath at that happening though.
You can embed google docs/slides/sheets straight into a description though and edit it directly from your Trello card...
