How can I use "@" in copy without mentioning accounts?

Hi, I was using Trello to draft some copy for an Instagram post, but obviously mentioning some Instagram accounts within the copy using "@" turned into little tags, presumably as their Trello accounts shared their Instagram usernames. How do I write copy in a Trello card without it doing this?

Hi @Epimetheus 

Once you've typed "@", press "Esc" and it should remove the mention highlighting.

In some cases, yes, but in others it reverts back to the nametag no matter what you do.

If you put \ before the @, it won't turn them into mention tags
