How can I change the owner of the workspace?

Hi, It seems Trello shows that I am "workspace guest" but my permission is set to "admin". I can't change the owner and I can't transfer the board. I can remove members from the board but when I enter: https://trello.com/support/transfer-boards, I can't transfer the board to a new owner. What am I missing?

Make sure that you're a member of the workspace, not a guest: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/inviting-people-to-a-workspace/
