How can I automate a production schedule while carrying over a batch number into other lists/boards?

I am working on automating a brew schedule and would like to carry a batch number in process. It is important for me to see the entire timeline with batch number when scheduling and have future processes fall into place. I've started automating the future tasks but am having trouble linking them all with a batch number. 

Brewhouse Board- 

Brewhouse Schedule List: Brew 180 BBL IPA=>FV 14 (1234) 

Cellar Board-

Fermentation (Green Beer) LIST w/QC checklist *(set days)-duration- 180 BBL IPA FV 14 (1234) 

Dry Hop LIST w/ QC checklist*(set days)-duration- 180 BBL IPA FV 14 (1234)

Centrifuge LIST 180 BBL IPA FV 14=>B99 (1234) 

Lab Board-

QC checks LIST- IPA (1234)

Packaging Board- 

Package LIST- Package IPA B99 (1234)
