We use one board for our workflow of onboarding, creating and approving creative, and mailing advertising for clients. Clients have the same due dates each month.
When we onboard a new client, I would like to be able to create 12 cards for annual agreements, based on these due dates, but I want these cards to be from a completed onboarding template card.
I've messed with Placker mirroring and Butler, but nothing seems to be able to take existing dates and make a set of templated cards due on those dates.
Help?
I think what I would do is create a Card Button that repeats a pattern of Copying the Card, then moving its Due Date to "the same day next month". With that, you could create a new Card for your client using your Template, set a Due date for it, then click the Card Button to begin copying it according to your rule.
In my example I'm copying the card 4 times, but you could create a rule with a similar pattern that would copy it 12 times instead. Something like this:
