Hi @Roberto Franco and welcome!
You can bulk import cards from excel to Trello with Blue Cat Imports. There is a sample file you can download and you can map which columns go to which fields. The date fields can be set as due date, start date or a custom field date.
thank you very much indeed. I already made the recommendations and it works very well, but I still have a problem, if what I want is to update the dates of the existing cards, it doesn't work, because these options create new cards. Do you know if there is any way to update the cards by importing data from Excel?

Hey @Roberto Franco - welcome to the Community!
This isn't possible natively, but you can try using a Power-Up.
@Brittany Joiner did a tutorial a while back on importing CSVs into Trello using the Crmble Power-Up: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-articles/Trello-Holiday-Calendar-Day-5-Import-CSVs-to-Trello-with-Crmble/ba-p/1878179
There are other Power-Ups with import capability, you can browse through them at https://trello.com/power-ups/search?q=import

tthank you very much indeed. With Crmble I could not do it because it is necessary to pay, but with Blue Cat
It worked very well, although with the drawback, that I only want to update existing cards, and this power-up creates new ones
