Guest status not updating when I select member

I am trying to set up some new employees as members, but even though I have chosen "Member" on the dropdown menu on the right (as you can see in the screenshot) they still show as "Guest" or "Invited as Guest".  How do I fix this? 


I have already tried removing and re-inviting members.

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Hi Leá,

Based on your screenshot, the users are members of the board, but they are Workspace guests. This means they'll only have access to boards they are invited to.

If you would like to convert them Workspace members, then you can go to the Workspace menu on the left, and select Members. Then go to Guests, and next to each of their names, select Add to Workspace. They will then be converted to Workspace members.
