Getting Calendar to Sync with Google

I do have a free account and created a board and added the calendar power up to it.

Followed the instructions for adding the calendar to Google. It is showing in the sidebar and checked. 

I created a test task to see how this works and I can see the task on the Trello calendar but it's not showing up in the Google calendar? I did this about an hour ago.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for the reply but I already did this as mentioned in my question.

I created that task on Friday. Today is Tuesday and has yet to show up.
