File uploading issue

I'm a Trello Premium user, and I'm facing an issue where I can't consistently upload a 60MB JPG file to a Trello card. This problem doesn't happen every time; sometimes the file uploads successfully, and other times it doesn't. I only have one workspace with multiple boards. I've recorded a video demonstrating the issue and shared it with the support team, but despite their troubleshooting efforts, nothing seems to be working. I feel quite helpless about the situation and don't understand what's causing it. Can you guys help me out?

How are you doing? I hope you had a good weekend. 

Troubleshooting on a ticket would be the best path. Can you reopen the ticket you were troubleshooting or create a new one? We'll need personal information. 

But adding our sites as trustful ones on your firewall would help stabilize the connection with our servers and potentially prevent this problem. 

As our IP addresses change frequently and without notice, we suggest you use our site's domain names instead of a particular IP address. Please configure host names to recognize any sub-domain of:

- *.trello.com
- *.trello.services
- *.trellostatus.com
- *.braintreegateway.com (paid accounts only)
- *.butlerfortrello.com (for Butler)

In addition, these are the domains for the external resources for Trello:

- https://trello-backgrounds.s3.amazonaws.com/
- https://trello-avatars.s3.amazonaws.com/

i am concerned about privacy. Is it authantic solution from trello ?

Yes, but please, raise a request at www.trello.com/contact and we can forward this information through a ticket, and with the board link, we can check additional information. 

In an Enterprise board, the admins can prevent users from uploading files for example.
