Exporting contacts

Hi. How can I export a list of 3k contacts from Trello cards, so I can import them to my call center solution to run call campaign? 

My call center software accepts csv, Zapier, API methods. 

Is it doable in Trello?

Currently, Trello has the API to fetch an individual member's information and for this you would need to know the ID of this member. That API can be found here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/rest/api-group-members/#api-group-members

It doesn't solve your problem, but it is some guidance towards your solution. However, Trello doesn't have the API to fetch all of the members. From the Atlassian roadmap, there are no plans to implement this feature soon.

As for the apps for Trello, most of the apps are all about the boards and exporting them in CSV. Zapier app includes only the automation with your Trello, without fetching the data of the members.
