Export attachments and comments

John Castelletti May 18, 2020

Is there any way to export attachments all at once or in a zip file for a specific card? I know how to export the entire board but I only want to export individual cards.

Also, is there any way to export the comments and/or activity log for a specific card?

@John Castelletti you can print a PDF of the card which will give you a single file with all the information on it.

There's no built-in way to download all attachments as a Zip, but I created this Trellinator function for another answer recently that would allow you to label a card with "Download" then have a link automatically added to the card to all the files located in a single Google Drive folder that you could then download:

Hi @John Castelletti ,

Trello Business Class lets you export all of the boards in your team in both CSV and JSON format. You can also include all of your attachments as a . zip file in their native format. To do so, go to your team's page and select the "Export" tab.

I already Downloaded my board but it looks like all the attachments are lumped into one file. I’m looking for attachments organized by card or to Download attachments one card at a time, not the whole board.
can I do that?

If you select "include raw attachments" on the export option, how might the file extensions be retained?
