Est-il possible dans Jira d'ajouter une pièce jointe dans un mail automatique via une automation ?

Bonjour,

Dans Jira, lorsque mon ticket arrive dans une certaine étape de mon workflow, j'aimerais envoyer un mail à un utilisateur en joignant une pièce jointe présente dans le ticket. Est-ce possible ?

J'ai réussi à automatiser l'envoie de mail mais je n'ai pas trouver comment ajouter une pièce jointe. J'ai essayé avec les smart values mais ça n'a pas l'air de fonctionner.

I'm not sure if you are open to using third-party apps to solve this problem, however, I'd like to point out that our app is capable of providing attachment files in the notification emails, not just their URLs.

Notification Assistant for Jira - Email allows you to extract the attachments directly to the email, as in the example below:
