Dir Sir,
I am ending a collaboration for work.
And we had work spaces shared, but I am not admin on it, and the rest of the team will sill need to have access to th work space.
First option, how can I copy the integrality of a work space, and is that possible if I am only a member ?
Second option, how can she named me administrator and leave the trello, giving me all rights on it ?
Thanks in advance for your answer
Caroline
Hi Caroline,
I will answer the second option first as it is the easiest option available to you.
Please see my answer to this post:
Can I hand off a workspace I created to another ad... (atlassian.com)
For the first option, to my knowledge there is no way to copy an entire workspace as such, regardless of if you are admin or not. This would be a neat feature though...
Even if you are not a workspace admin, you can copy boards you are a member of (again not needing to be admin)
You would need to create a new workspace and copy boards one by one.
The 1 big caveat is that when you copy a board to a new workspace, the board members aren't copied and thus you lose that, as well as any comments.
For this reason, I would strongly recommend getting the current admin to make you admin
