I have a problem with one of my users, when he sends something to a board with Email to Board, no new card is created. Instead, the content of the email loads into an existing card, which has nothing to do with it.
The subject of the email and the name of the wrong card are completely different.
Are there any suggestions on how to solve this problem?
I was able to fix the problem with the help of Trello support and would like to describe the solution here in case someone also encounters this problem.
The cause was that an email template was used and the resulting emails were considered identical.
The solution: Create new emails. No templates or forwarded emails.
