Email notifications stopped working for some users

Hi,

We are using Trello with my team. I have two users gustavo.gatti@grupo-sanmartin.com and rodrigo.herrera@grupo-sanmartin.com who was receiving email notifications but they stopped.

What I have tried:


- Checked spam/ archived mails

- Tried to turn off and on again the notifications

- I contacted my admin and he said every setting looks good from his side also

Any tips?

@sandra_pozos typically this happens when an email address has had a failure in the past, and has been blocked in Trello's email provider as a result. You'll need to go back to trello.com/contact and go through to send them a question.
