We are using Trello with my team. I have two users email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org who was receiving email notifications but they stopped.
What I have tried:
- Checked spam/ archived mails
- Tried to turn off and on again the notifications
- I contacted my admin and he said every setting looks good from his side also
