Email link sometimes not working

Within the same card (as part of our process) we have a need to link specific emails as a reference but always from the same "team email" we all have access to. Often times, that link will not work and it just brings us to a home page of our personal email addresses, (that don't even have company Trello). Sometimes it will do it only for one member of our team and sometimes for all of us. This usually lasts couple of hours to a whole day. Just to clarify, this is ONLY happening for email related links, all other website links are working perfectly well. 

Is there a way to fix this? It's slowing down our process and it beats the purpose of having everything linked up in one place when we randomly can't access all of the components from the card.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure I understand what you have in mind. Do you use hyperlinks to a specific email address? Where do you store and use those links: from a card description, comments, custom fields, etc.? 

We might need to look into this further, so could I ask you to create a ticket through https://trello.com/contact? This gives us access to a few more tools to help investigate, and we can discuss information that can't be shared in the community.
