Email Notification



I created a Trello Board to organize my team. Team have 4 members. Everyone get a notification if anybody edit or create a card or comment. But when I create a card or set a comment, no one get a mail notifications. Also at the "bell" there are no activities listed from me.

Hey @Alex Z  – That's odd, but perhaps it could be easier to solve. Have you checked if your Notification Email Frequency isn't set to Never?


If you had set this configuration to Never, it could explain why you aren't receiving notifications on your email. Also, I would recommend you check our help doc about Notifications are not working, where we cover some situations where you could face issues when receiving notifications on Trello and some steps you can follow to solve it.
