Is it possible to set up an automation so that when a card is moved to a list, it will send an email from my Gmail account to the customers email added to the card with a saved response?
You could use the Email for Trello Power-Up! You wouldn't need to set up another tool like Zapier, it will connect to your Gmail and you can send emails automatically by setting up automation with comments. They've got an article with more about how to do it here: https://www.sendboard.com/automation-in-trello
I also made a couple videos about sending emails in Trello in case any of these are useful! (But just worth noting, if you do the native Trello automation option, that won't come from your Gmail!)
@Andy Bargh if this was helpful, would you mind clicking the Accept Answer button so folks who are looking for the same know there's an answer in here?

Hi @Andy Bargh ,
With Crmble Power-Up and Zapier you could do that. Just create your lead in Crmble and set up a trigger with Zapier that runs everytime you move a card to an specific list. Then add the action step search into Crmble Deals and there you will get the email address of that contact. Finally the Send email with Gmail action step.
The fact is that you have Mail Templates for Gmail inside Crmble Power-Up so you can snd them manually from there.
Cheers
Toni
