I have tried to drag an email into a Trello card and the heading I received is:

Received Categories From Size

Can someone tell me what I am doing incorrectly?

I'm afraid this likely won't work properly at the moment. Drag and drop support from mail clients like Outlook to browsers aren't very robust, so instead I'd recommend forwarding that email to your board's email address:
