Yes! That's the beauty of Trello. You'll see all changes on a board happen in real time as your teammates make them.

Now of course, network and computing limitations might cause 1 or 2 seconds of delay between when your coworkers make changes and when you actually see them. But for the most part, you and your team members will always be seeing the same thing.
