Creating cards from a Dropbox folder

Hello

We create our quotes in Excel, save as PDF, and store both on a Dropbox folder.

Is there any way to automatically create a card in Trello each time a quote is created? And possibly even attach the PDF version of the quote?

We are considering using Trello as lifecycle management as our team grows.  Each job will be a card which will be moved through the various stages from quoted, accepted, deposit paid, through to booked installation and completed.
