Creating Cards base on Checklist Item Due Date

I was wondering if trello has a way where when we set a due date on a checklist item, it will create a linked card based on how close the date is. for example:

If an item in checklist "To Do List" is less than 14 weeks away  from today, create a new card with title "{triggercardname} - {checklistitemname}" in list "2 Week Look Ahead" and add the yellow label, and link the card with the item. 

I've been working with the butler tool and there's not much flexible triggers for due dates on checklist items.
