We are looking for a better way to communicate with our partners and employees throughout the day and departments. I found this site through research today and was wondering if this platform would work for our needs. While I cannot share the specifics of everything, we are interested in, our biggest need is shared communication amongst all employees due to not all of our staff working within an office, so email is not efficient. Our radio system is not effective either because not everyone carries one or they may not have it on when needed. Lastly, our partners within our company do not get the same information that is often shared within the main organization because they are seasonal. So, I am reaching out to others to find out if this platform would solve those issues for us.

Based on my experience, Trello is highly effective for team communication and project management, especially when teams are distributed.
It allows for shared boards, task management, and integration with Slack or email to improve communication.
However, managing 400 employees might require using Trello’s Enterprise plan for advanced security and administrative controls.
