Change the Sequence of Sections INSIDE a Card

We use a combination of standard features and Powerups.  We really want to use Checklists extensively to drive process and consistency.  Unfortunately, we would greatly prefer that the Activity log appear above the Checklists.  Is there any way to change the order of the sections within a card in Trello?

MAKE IT SO:

1) Description
2) Activity
3) Checklist

The order of items in a card is fixed. 

A simple tip, you can put a link to the comments section at the top of your description so that you can get down to comments with a click...

I tried the link but it did't work.  Do I have to manually change the cardid or #comment to specific data to make it work?

  4. For the field Pick a topic, select 'Feature requests'
  5. Fill out the rest of the form with details on your feature request, e.g. what you're requesting, why you want that functionality added to Trello
