Change not Saved. failed to sync with the Trello Server

For the last 12 hours my coworker and I can't add any attachments to any Trello card.  We both get the Error message Change not Saved. failed to sync with the Trello Server.  We have signed out of Trello and signed out of our computers and back in and still get this message.  I am able to at least create a new card, she can't even do that for she gets the same message above with anything she tries to save.  Her attachments won't save to existing cards, it keeps showing" processing" and then the error message above.  Help!

Getting the same issue every time I try to upload an image attachment to a card: Change not saved: failed to sync with the Trello server.

I tried a different browser but the issue is still there.

Much work is lost. Data is saved but not synced to server. Can trello team look to investigate and to recover them? This outage has been for more then 12 hours.

Did someone found a fix for this? I am experiencing it now and it's been days and doing any solution here and still nothing.

Note also this new thread today (11/20/2020) on the same topic.

I'm also experiencing this when attempting to upload an image file to a card. I'm receiving a 400 error from instrument.js.

We are not using a local installer, we are using a cloud based service, so no potential firewall problems.

Was working fine yesterday when doing the same activity.

Please advise.

I am also having the same issue of not being able to upload an image attachment. Is there an issue going on with the Trello servers??

After reading @Simon Stannard 's post about accessing the board through another network, I had an idea: I disconnected my phone from my local wifi connection, then opened my Trello phone app and added a picture to one of the cards from there. Now, I'm able to attach photos via my laptop on the wifi network again!

Thanks for the inspiration!!

Hey. We have the same problem. It blocks on proxy/firewall, but but I can't find what exactly blocked

I've hit this too for the last couple of days.  I can create cards, but I can't move or archive them.  My board is getting very messy.

Also missing the reward of moving items to done is ruining my life!!

Just in case this helps someone else - I sorted this by accessing my board through a different network, performing a couple of updates and then going back to my 'usual' access and refreshing.  Everything worked fine afterwards.

I've been having the same issue today. I remotely connected home, uploaded one file from that PC, and everything started working again and I can now upload from the office as well. Thanks @Simon Stannard

experiencing this for the past week. although o can create and move cards, I just can't upload new images. have you found a solution for this?

confirmed with our IT that our firewall is not the problem.

I'm getting the same error. I can create boards and cards, but each time I move anything I get the error of '

'Change not Saved. failed to sync with the Trello Server'

I did read on a similar thread that it's to do with the firewall, but it's not been confirmed that this was the problem.

Have you managed to find a solution?.

Thanks
Jason

you were able to find out what is causing it: failed to synchronize with the Trello server.
