Change Admin to boards from a person that left the company is admin for

I'm a member of a number of boards ( connected to a workspace that I'm admin for ) where the Admin of that board have left the company. Now I want to be admin for the boards as well, but I cannot figure out how I do it.  But that must be possible  to do right ?

 ( I'm running a free version, without the free trail left)

If I'm forced to delete the boards and recreate them , I'm not allowed to do that either :-(

Could you pls infom me how to do this action.

Hi @Mattias Ahlström - welcome to the Community!

If the sole admin on your boards is unreachable then your options to change the admin to yourself are limited. That being said, here are some options you can try:

• (recommended) If these boards all sit in a workspace that you're a member of, you can start a Premium free trial on this workspace, which will make you the admin of it. While the trial is running, you can change the admins on the boards from the previous admin who is unreachable to yourself. You can start a free trial at https://trello.com/free-trial
• If the previous admin signed up to Trello under a company email that is the same company as yourself, you can reach out to your internal IT team and ask them to give you access to their email. From there, you can reset their password at https://trello.com/forgot and then log in with their email and the new password you've sent. From their account, you can then make yourself an admin of the boards
• You can try reaching out to this former colleague of your's to see if they still have access to Trello to make these changes for you
