Cards get moved by me between lists without my knowing.

I use Trello on a W10 PC & a W10 Laptop.

Whenever I open Trello on my PC a number of cards are moved to the rightmost list. My co-workers spot this & move them back for me (they are notified, but I am not as you would expect). It's not all cards, but it seems to be the same cards when it happens. It happens on  several boards. It happens time after time.

I'm guessing that there is some corruption in some "pending" file which gets completed when I launch Trello on my PC.

Is there a way of clearing my Trello so this stops happening?

You could try a fresh install, described here: https://help.trello.com/article/1107-how-to-uninstall-the-trello-desktop-app

You could also try to check if there are any Butler rules setup on your account causing the cards to move without your interaction.
