Cards Keep Reordering in List

Hello All,

I keep ordering my cards in a list vertically, but after running some filters and performing other actions the order of my cards changes.

I am vertically ordering cards in terms of priority so I need that ordering to persist. I thought this was default behavior in Trello but is that not accurate?

Just an update on this - I've checked the JSON behind the cards in question and see that the issue seems to be people reordering lists using the three dots at the top of the list.

Now I am trying to figure out how to stop users from being able to do this.
