I get this message when I try to login to the App, but my desktop works just fine. However, I'm not receiving any emails from Trello either.
"We can't log you into Trello right now. We've sent you an email with instructions to re-enable your access."
@victoria sounds like you might need to contact support, rather than the community at trello.com/contact
