Cannot add card from POutlook with attachment

I am using Trello Premium and have the plug in for outllook 365.

I am able to add and update emails to trello card only if the "Attachment" check box is not ticked.

Any time I attempt to add to a card with an attachment I get error "Sorry, your card could not be added to Trello" Try again

So, they have offerred no solution?

The Add-in is made by Microsoft and not by Trello as far as I understand.

I know of no solution and have never heard of any reaction by Microsoft.
