Cannot access my notifications through the red bell on chrome

For some time now, I have not been able to access my notifications from the red bell...when I click on the red bell, nothing happens and that is highly inconvenient. I am using Windows 10 with the most recent version of chrome. HELP!!!

Hrmm, that sounds pretty unusual! Do you see any console errors in Chrome? 

To open the developer console in Chrome, open the Chrome Menu in the upper-right-hand corner of the browser window and select More Tools > Developer Tools. You can also use the shortcut Shift + CTRL + J (on Windows/Linux).

Hope we can resolve this soon as it is VERY inconvenient to have to use EDGE for Trello.
