Cannot Add Members

Hi, I just started using trello for my tea, and I can't add members at all.  I have tried

- Workspace invites by link

    "The invitation link for this workspace isn't valid anymore..."

    I have tried deleting and recreating it many times

- Community invites by email

    Doesn't send

- Board invites by link

Doesn't work

- Board invites by email

    - It does not send it.  we also tried checking spam, and the test notification. The test notification worked, but it does not send any join request emails.

- Join request.

    - It says it accepted them but when I reload, it disappears.

This is what happened when I tried to invite by email: it said it invited the person (they have a trello account), but it gave me this error

It could be that the admin for your company has restricted sharing outside your workspace https://trello.com/guide/enterprise/manage-permissions#board-invitation-restrictions

You can ask the admin to add the users to your workspace, then you can share the specific board with them.
