Can you change the link in the 'Email for this card' field located in the "Share" button under the Actions on the right side of the card?

Christl from SendBoard here - makers of the Email for Trello Power-Up.

As far as I know it isn't possible with the Trello's Email-to-Card or Email-to-Board feature. With our Power-Up however, you can use a custom email address. You can read more about that here.

No, this isn't possible - as the email generated has some codes to identify you as a user, and the card itself. See this comment on another question from an Atlassian Team member on this subject.

A power-up might be able to assist though - for example, Email for Trello, or another power-up from the store
