Can't get Trello and Slack get working together

Hi,

I followed every step to integrate Trello in Slack. On our private board the correct team is selected and has rights to view the board. In the team settings following line shows up: "This team is with xyz.slack.com connected" (I translated from german, so in english the wording could be a little bit different). So it seems that everything seems to be set up correct. But everytime I try one of the commands like "trello/ Card-URL" all I get is this message:

"Unable to load user details. An admin of your Trello team may need to link this Slack team to the Trello team first. They can do that here https://trello.com/platforms/slack"

And when I follow this link it shows me that my team is already connected. What could be possibly wrong here?

I already googled this error message but it shows me nothing. 

So every help would be highly appreciated!

PS: I am an admin. So I should have the rights to make all settings needed.

Ok, problem solved, obviously it was a bug.

If anybody has similiar issues, here's what helped: I just went to the Trello team settings page, disconnected the already connected team and connected it again … et voila, the Trello Slack bot is now talking to me …
