Can we mix and match Trello Licenses, or do we need everyone licensed as experts?

No mix and match of license levels.

If you have a Premium workspace, every workspace member will be chargeable

Trello has:

  • Workspace Members (Charged as per Trello pricing)
  • Multi-board workspace guests, these are not workspace members and have no visibility of the workspace boards other than the boards they are members of.  These are charged at the same rate as a Workspace Member
  • Single-board guests.  These members only belong to 1 board and are free (this is something you can make use of to keep costs down)
