Hi all, we use trello for our customers. It would be great if any emails we send them, or receive back from them automatically added to their individual trello card. Is this possible?
Hi Jersey! Welcome to the community 🙂 yes, that's possible! Each card has its own unique email address, so if you forward or cc that email into an email thread, the conversation will be added as comments in the card. More info here.
You might want to add the email address to your contacts and name it so it's easy to find, or setup forwarding rules (e.g. all emails with a certain domain are forwarded to this address).
