Butler custom programming

I want to do changed to another card then the one triggered. Something like that:

"when a card is added to list "BT1-B04-0013" by anyone, find a card with title "BT1-B04-0013", and increase the number in custom field "ID" by 1"

Unfortunately there is no user programmed command in the butler power-ups. Why can't i choose the triggered card.

I also tried to use the Butlerbot, but everytime I invite it to the board, the bot shows-up than disappear it won't stay on the board as a member. Is there a way to do what I want to do ?

You surprisingly worded it almost exactly how native Butler does lol.
Look under Cascade and Fields tabs respectively for the commands.

You might find these two help files useful in accomplishing more with Butler: Card Lookups and Variables
