Butler Rules question

I'd like to be able to trigger a rule based on more than one trigger for example

 

When a Card is added to List A

AND

CUSTOM FIELD XYZ is equal to FRED

then do required action

 

I cant see any obvious ways to combine rules on a combination of triggers
