Basic Cardsync set up issues

Can anyone please help? I am trying to learn how to sync cards between different boards using the same Trello account, but I just don't seem to be able to get them to mirror each other.

I have done exactly as instructed, set up cards on the two boards with exactly the same names and linked the two cards together. Then when I post a comment on one, I expect it to be mirrored on the other, but it isn't. What am I doing wrong? Is there a nice easy video or user guide that can help me complete this task please?
