Think there is a bug in the system, but we only have the free version, so I'm unable to speak to anyone. I want to add more people to my board as we only have 6, and the limit is 10 for a free board, but it tells me we have reached the limit. Does anyone know what I can do to clear the cache or something so It sees we only have 6?
Hello, Kate!
Welcome to the community.
I noticed that you are facing some limitations with the recent changes made to the Trello workspaces. Currently, you are only able to have up to 10 users per workspace. You mentioned having 6 people on the board, but it seems like there may be more people in the workspace as well. This could be the reason why you are experiencing difficulties adding additional users.
For more information and details about the user limit in workspaces, you can visit the following link: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/workspace-user-limit/
If you already have 10 users in your workspace, you have the option to upgrade as you can check on the link below
https://trello.com/pricing
If upgrading is not possible, you can create a new workspace as a workaround. If you are the admin, you can then move the board with 6 users to the new workspace to accommodate the total number of users you want.

In case you are just a member you can also make a copy of it

I hope this helps, but please let me know how it goes and if there's anything else I can assist you with. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Kind Regards,
Alisson

@Kate Roberts if you go to your workspace members page, it should show how many collaborators you have. You may only have 6 members in that workspace, or 6 members in your board, but if you have more than 6 unique people across all your boards in that workspace, you will over the 10 collaborator limit.
