Hello, I need to set automatically a reminder, such when a card is due, I get a push notification on my iOS device. So for every card I add to a list, which comes with a due date, set, I need that card to have a reminder set at the due date and time.
I tried hard to find a solution but could not find anything. Neither using Butler, nor the python API. I only managed to have the card automatically set to watch (and joined it) but there is no reminder been enabled automatically.
Is this such a rear need? I don't think so :/
Please let me know of any possible way.
Thanks
Hi there,
Welcome to Atlassian Community, glad to help clarify a bit about reminders!
Reminders are set when you set the Due Date for a card. You can do that by opening the card, and clicking "dates". From there, you can set the Due Date and the reminder. The reminder can be set to a variety of times before the Due Date - all the way from 5 minutes, to 2 days.
The best way to view a reminder is to open the Dates section within the card where it's set. From there, you"ll see the configuration of the Due Date reminder just below the card's Due Date settings.
We have a great blog post here that goes over reminders in a bit more detail:

Here is another post on mobile reminders: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/mobile-due-date-reminders/ which might work on your IOS devices.
