Just since 1 or 2 days I can not open attachments in Trello on my desktop. It does work on my phone though.
So when I klick on an attachment it just won't open and Trello doesn't work anymore. Nothing. So I have to close Trello and open it again.
And then again...same if I try to open an attachment.
Anybody any idea what tot do?
Welcome to the Community!
Since it works on your phone, it's most likely a problem with your Browser.
Have you tried using another Browser on your Desktop? Have you installed any new Browser Extensions/Plugins recently? You could also try deleting the browser cache first.
Best wishes,
Mara
Thanks Mara,
That's the thing...nothing's changed according to my browser.... I will try to delete the browser cache!

Odd behavior from Trello indeed. Please let me know of the outcome once you've deleted your browser cache and tried another browser.

Oh, our messages just overlapped. Does the problem happen with all sorts of attachments (PNG, PDFs, different sizes, ...)?

It happens with PDF's and I just tried with JPG...and same story...

Alright, in this case I suggest contacting Atlassian/Trello directly: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
Best of luck,
Mara

Ah, I just found out that because I have a free plan, I cannot have direct contact with Atlassian/trello.

Oh shugs. :(
Perhaps you can try if you can open it on another desktop device? To see if it's their website or your device struggling.
I've noticed a big increase of Trello Questions in the last couple of days. Most of them describing that their Trellos are freezing or super slow. It's not exactly your issue, but maybe it's connected. In that case, it would be a Trello Problem that many people are experiencing at the moment (which means they are on it most likely).

Well, to be honest, I think I noticed some slowness earlier this week.....maybe it is connected...
I'll try another browser in the meantime...

Hi @Suzanne Rensink I'm sorry for the disruption you've experienced with slowness this week. Our team has identified and fixed the issue that was causing this behavior. Please let me know if you are still having trouble, as it should be resolved now.
