As far as I know Atlassian only offers phone support for Enterprise level support packages: https://www.atlassian.com/enterprise/support-services

Hi Michael.
My company uses Enterprise and we have had an absolute TIME getting things moving. The personal support/customer service seems to be deeply lacking. Do you know if this is what we can expect going forward?
